Go online and look for a vendor who does quality products at a reasonable cost. Explain your design and get a couple of samples to look at. In this way you can check out a few vendors and settle on one that gives you maximum bang for your buck.
Buying table linen is also cheaper than renting it. This is something most people do not realize. Whether you want a round tablecloth, square tablecloth, a red one or a blue one or one with butterflies all over it you can find it online. Just look for “restaurant table linens” or “wedding table linens” and you will find enough and more vendors. Take your time and pick a good one, but order ahead of time to avoid any problems with shipping. Once you are done with the linen, put them up for sale on ebay or some such site and recover your money.
